Dr. Onyedikachi Ibeji is an occupational therapist and award-winning fitness trainer who has received multiple accolades throughout his career, including being recognized as helping to establish boxing as a form of therapy for patients with Parkinson’s disease .

He has been nominated by Muscle & Fitness Magazine for Mr. Fitness & Health in 2023, dubbed a “legend in health and wellness in the United States” by the New York Times, and is also ranked #6 of the Top 10 fitness professionals in America by the L.A. Weekly Magazine.

Dr. Ibeji, a U.S. Army Veteran, helped establish boxing as a form of therapy for patients with Parkinson’s disease in the mid-2000s.
