Our one-on-one personal training works with you individually to help you achieve your fitness goals. We specialize in strength & conditioning and clinical weight loss.

Exercise & Health Promotion
We promote health within our local communities, and encourage our community to incorporate physical activity into their daily routines. We assess physical capacities, limitations, and lifestyle to create tailored exercise plans that are safe, achievable, and enjoyable.
Clinical Weight Loss
We help you establish and maintain healthy habits and routines to reduce clinically high body composition, achieved by identify barriers to change and develop strategies to overcome them. We also prevent and treat related conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.

Strength Training & Bodybuilding Prep
We prepare competitive bodybuilders and physique athletes for their upcoming competition, including posing practice.

Self-Defense
We help train you in boxing, grappling and self-defense techniques. Whether you are training for general conditioning or learning how to defend yourself, our trainers will maximize your efforts.

Neuro Fitness
Neuro fitness is a combination of physical exercise and mental stimulation that can help improve brain and body function. It can also help with balance, coordination, and overall quality of life. This includes the original Parkinson’s boxing program, co-founded by Dr. O.C. In 2008.
Diabetic Therapy
We help people with diabetes manage their condition and improve their quality of life by helping patients lose weight through exercise and nutritional counseling to control blood sugar, developing self-management skills, lifestyle changes, and by address psychosocial aspects of diabetes.

Nutritional Counseling
Our occupational therapists can address nutritional needs and provide support related to healthy eating and meal planning. Although occupational therapists cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions related to nutrition or prescribe dietary supplements, we will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including dietitians, to provide a holistic approach to client care.
