This is our exclusive flexology stretching service in which you will be working one-on-one with our occupational therapists and personal trainers. Our professionals will help keep your muscles flexible by utilizing the passive assisted stretching technique, which is designed to remedy tightness and, over time, regain a wider range of motion and flexibility. It’s based on a stretching program developed by physiotherapists in the 1940s called Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).

Stretching reduces the pain levels

• Releases adhesions in the joint capsule and other connective tissue.

• Improves muscle activation and relaxation.

• Manipulates, lengthens, realigns and reorganizes your fascia.

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) Therapy

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)  is a skilled myofascial intervention used for soft-tissue treatment. It is based on the principles of James Cyriax cross-friction massage.
