
Dr. O.C. Ibeji is an award-winning sports occupational therapist and exercise physiologist. He has been ranked the 6th best health and fitness professional in America by L.A. Weekly Magazine, and named a “legend” in his field by the NY Times. In 2008, Dr. O.C. helped establish boxing as a form of therapy for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, gaining recognition from the Michael J. Fox Foundation, Oprah Winfrey and MTV. He has been a pioneer for fitness therapy & health promotion since 2008.
As an athlete himself, Dr. O.C. competes in bodybuilding, powerlifting and Brazilian jiu jitsu. He also works with and specializes in functional performance, orthopedic physical rehab and manual therapy/recovery for athletes at every level. His educational background includes a degree in health & wellness with a concentration in kinesiology, sports medicine & exercise physiology. As a veteran of the U.S. Army, Dr. Ibeji served with honor in Iraq. He has a passion for working with veterans by incorporating therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
