Veteran Support

A nexus letter is a crucial medical opinion document written by a qualified healthcare professional linking a Veteran’s current disability to their military service. Strong letters require a detailed review of records, rationalized medical evidence, and professional credentials to establish service connection.

Orthopedic Injury

  • Initial Claims & Appeals: Used to support an initial disability application or to appeal a denied claim, especially after a negative Comp & Pen (C&P) exam.
  • Direct Service Connection: Linking a current diagnosis (e.g., hand injury) to a specific, documented incident in service (e.g., jump accident).
  • Secondary Conditions: Linking a new disability to an already service-connected disability (e.g., insomnia caused by service-connected neck pain).
  • Orthopedic Conditions: We evaluate and treat service connected orthopedic injuries.
